Our venue and garden have step-free access and accessible toilets. Although, the exit to the garden may be too narrow for some wheelchairs and mobility scooters (please note the smallest width is 692mm). Service animals welcome!
Should you plan to attend an event, kindly reach out to us beforehand for further details. We offer free Personal Assistant tickets for Deaf or disabled customers who cannot attend our venue without support. Please email us at info@foxfirkin.com, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
If you require seating, we set aside space for customers with limited mobility. To secure seating, please email us. The proximity to the stage may vary depending on event attendance.

We are a family-friendly venue throughout the week until 8 PM/9 PM. If you plan to attend an outdoor event, please ensure you verify whether it is family-friendly.
Please note that we photograph our events and performances. If you prefer not to be photographed, kindly inform our box office, and they will communicate with the photographer to minimise your inclusion where possible.
