SUMMARY:The Gratoners + Love Cloud
DESCRIPTION:The Gratoners are a Hanoi-based reggae fusion band\, with members hailing from South Africa and the UK. Their music brings a unique blend of soulful Reggae\, High Life\, Jazz\, Hip-Hop and Funk.  \nOver the last 7 years\, the 7 piece collective have become a household name in the city of Hanoi\, Vietnam\, where they all became acquainted through their love of music. With their eclectic mix of vibes and energies\, they’ve long since demonstrated the power to move their audiences both physically and spiritually with truly unique and diverse performances.  \nIn 2020\, the band released their first EP\, ‘Free Drinks and Food’. The title represented the struggle of young live bands to find paid gigs instead of offers for free drinks and food.  \nThe band continued to grow in success\, writing songs and developing throughout the COVID-19 pandemic which led to their 2nd 2021 EP ‘Heard A Song’  further illustrating the strong and consistent work ethic of the band.  \nIn 2022 the band signed to indie label ‘Dark Escapes’ and soon after released their 2023 debut single ‘We Back’ before going on to film the ‘Live @ 8th Note Studio Sessions’ in 2024. Their success has since led to them playing alongside reggae legends Big Mountain\, Mungos Hifi\, general Levy\, Luiz and FÜLÜ. \nAs of present\, The Gratoners are live and active playing in venues across Vietnam\, awaiting the release of their debut studio Album ‘Can You Feel It?’ set for release in May 2026.  \nThe Gratoners are:  \nZak Azeez – Vocals/Rhythm/Trumpet \nSolo Rudolphe – Vocals  \nJustin O’Kelly – Saxophone  \nOli Coulam – Lead Guitar  \nDaniel Kelly – Keys \nPeet Bornman – Bass  \nOisin Mercer – Drums \nSupport provided by Love Cloud

DESCRIPTION:Tokyo Riddim returns to its spiritual home\, Fox & Firkin\, for a full summer Sunday of live music\, DJs\, record digging\, Japanese market stalls and family-friendly outdoor energy. \nAfter a series of packed London parties\, Tokyo Riddim Sunday brings the sound back to where Tokyo Riddim Band first came alive: a cross-cultural meeting point between Japanese music\, reggae\, dub and record culture. \nLive on stage\, Tokyo Riddim Band brings together three generations of Japanese female musicians with reggae-rooted drums\, heavy bass\, city pop guitar and live dub mixing.
