On February 6th Mock Tudor will return to trade music for moves on the floor of the Fox and Firkin – with an open mic from 7-9 we’re opening the stage to comedians, poets, musicians, jugglers, fire eaters and the rest before our handsome hand-picked acts take action! You’re oh so welcome to give us a taste of your own homecooked art of choice next Thursday!
You can feel Louis Chapple’s Alpine fingerprints on every aspect of his music with deceitful simplicity! Pop is a foundation on which he can build anything; from stadium worthy sing-alongs, or intimate, diaristic songs fit for campfire, to sprawling surreal masterpieces and sultry jazzy ballads.
Meg Noya is noisy lesbian rock: scream till u lose ur voice, bring ur ex. (that’s all you need to know)
Neoteric, wonky and oh so pretty, SE London’s The Home Service join the list of up and coming bands that characterise the re-imagined sleaze of the smog for the snowflake generation. They gladly return to the fox and firkin, with a turbulent and presence and dandified approach they offer their service on the 6th.
See you there!
