These Terms govern your purchase, receipt, and use of tickets and related services provided directly by The Fox & Firkin (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for events held at our venue.

1. General Conditions

Modifications: We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site, and your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Order Acceptance: All orders for tickets are subject to final acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full stated ticket price along with any applicable fees.

Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time the order is submitted. We will process your payment securely via the method provided during the checkout process.

3. Ticket Delivery and Collection

Duplicate Tickets: Where applicable, duplicate tickets may be issued in the event of non-receipt or loss. Such requests will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of The Fox & Firkin after verification.

Refund Policy: Except in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling initiated by us, all ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that an event is cancelled or postponed (not due to circumstances caused by the Customer), refunds will be limited to the face value of the tickets. Any service fees may not be refunded.
