Jamaica turns 64 this year, and Rum ‘N’ Bass in conjunction with DJ Croc, are bringing the party to the heart of South East London.

Featuring a slew of stellar entertainers, Jamaican Independence will be an unmissable celebration at Lewisham’s Fox & Firkin.

With two decades of fusing dancehall, hip hop and UK bass into one electric live show under his belt, the evening will be hosted by Serocee (Rum ‘N’ Bass), and features Rae Dee (Rum ‘N’ Bass/R&B Slow Jams), bringing her signature blend of dancehall from the heart of Caribbean club culture, Maurice (Rampage Sound/BBC 1Xtra), a veteran selector from the crew behind the biggest static sound system at Notting Hill Carnival who’ve held court for over 30 years and shared stages with everyone from Stormzy to Buju Banton, and DJ Croc (One Nation Experience/One Nation Nation Under A Blues, Got Soul, Just Vibez, and Chip Shop), keeping the vibes locked and the dancefloor moving all night long.

This is a chance to celebrate Jamaican culture with the people who’ve spent their whole careers keeping it alive in the UK, in a venue built exactly for this kind of gathering.

No big arena, no barriers between you and the selectors, just four heavyweight names on one lineup, playing for the love of it. It’s a proper community affair, the kind where you’ll be bubbling with old friends and making new ones before the evening’s out. Occasions like this don’t come round often, so grab your tickets now and come celebrate Jamaican Independence the way it’s meant to be, loud, proud and together.
