Vooduu Rock: Ese & The Vooduu People

Ese Okorodudu and her floating collective The Vooduu People visit Lewisham in
South East London for the first time in many a year with their latest show VOODUU
ROCK.
On 24 September the band travel to the famous Fox & Firkin on Lewisham High
Street for a one-hour set, beginning at 8pm. Accompanying Ese (vocals, guitar) will
be Vooduu stalwarts Jackson Baird (keyboards), Pharoah Russell (drums), Joel Gold
(bass) and Sheena Ross- (vocals, backing vocals). Expect an eclectic mixture of
rock, funk, soul, afrobeat and jazz – but most of all, expect the unexpected. A
splendid time is guaranteed for all.
