Maurice Fulton, a maverick production genius from Baltimore, USA, has been DJing since his early teens, starting with hip-hop before moving to house and garage. Under his alias DR Scratch, he became known for his unique style, releasing tracks through labels like Nuphonic and Warp in the 90s.
